Senior Application Engineer @ Quantium Analytics

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using cutting-edge technologies
• Architect and design robust, scalable solutions that power Quantium's data science and AI capabilities
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD and agile methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of data science, AI, and software engineering
• Collaborate with a diverse team of experts across various disciplines

Preferred candidate profile:

• 7-10 years of industry experience with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Expert in Microsoft Technology stack (ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, C#) and frontend technologies (Angular, React JS, JavaScript)
• Proficient in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience leading small engineering teams (3-5 members) and excellent communication skills
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
