Kronos Consultant @ LTI Mindtree

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to timekeeping scheduling and payroll.
• Configure and maintain system settings user accounts and security roles within the Kronos application.
• Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of system upgrades patches and new features.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support for integration with other HR and Payroll systems.
