Role Summary
- Coordinates with Splunk Partner Organization/Finance to Support Incentive/Rebate Programs
- Provides day to day reports to for planning and budgeting needs and facilitates partner s incentive payments process
- Develops user guides and facilitates required knowledge sessions for Partner s awareness
- Developes Rebate Dashboards for Splunk Leadership Team (LT) and other partners
- Identifies process gaps and looks for process automation/improvement/s opportunities
- Participates on future Partner Program initiatives
- Troubleshoots partner 360 platform issues
- Supports Partnerverse helpdesk to address any partner challenges related to access and/or progression
- Facilitates internal audit requirements
- Monitors Slack, e-mails, and various online and offline support channels to respond to Partner inquiries and support requests>
Must-have Qualifications
- 3 6 years of experience in partner operations, sales/channel programs, or finance ops
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Tableau)
- Experience with incentive/rebate program support
- Familiarity with CRM/partner platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Partner360)
