As a Lead Software Engineer, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in Core Python to lead the design, development, and maintenance of projects encompassing frontend, API, backend, and necessary tools. Your proficiency in linux/unix environments, cloud technologies, SQL, JSON, and XML will be essential for successful project execution. Effective communication skills are paramount as you will be responsible for client calls, presentations, and collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders to establish standards, deliverables criteria, and test strategies. In this role, you will work with teams and leadership to establish meaningful metrics, demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Your ability to work independently, adopt new technologies efficiently, and mentor junior developers will be key to your success. While the role is based in Hyderabad, you will have the flexibility of a hybrid work mode with a monthly budget of 1,50,000 INR for this contract position. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the client operates at CMMI Level 5, ensuring high-quality standards in project delivery. Please note that colocation with developers is expected, while offline sessions with technical consultants are acceptable.
