Senior Engineer - Python Automation Testing @ Aditya Birla Sun Life

Job Description

As a Senior Engineer specializing in Python Automation Testing, you will be responsible for leveraging your 5-12 years of hands-on experience in software testing to focus on automation testing using Python and Embedded devices. Your technical expertise will be crucial in API Testing with Python, where you will create and execute test cases, validate responses, and handle error scenarios. Additionally, you will utilize Git for version control, Jenkins for test automation, and Bitbucket for code and test repository management while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies will be beneficial as you contribute to sprint planning, test execution, and collaborate with various teams in iterative development cycles. Moreover, your proficiency in Embedded Linux Testing and gRPC Testing will be essential in ensuring effective testing of embedded systems and validating service communication and performance. You will also demonstrate expertise in REST API Testing, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Concepts, and networking protocols to design and execute tests effectively. Desirable skills such as BDD Framework Experience and Test Automation for Complex Systems will further enhance your capabilities in defining and automating tests from a business-user perspective.
