Job Description
Job Title: Associate/SME Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India only)
Shift Time: 9:00pm to 6:00am IST
Job Summary: The Performance Marketing Associate/SME will be responsible for leading our Clients Performance Marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, overseeing a monthly budget. This includes developing and implementing campaigns, optimizing current campaigns, and leading and developing a team of analysts with the intent of building a funnel of demand.
Job Duties:
- Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.) for multiple client ad accounts.
- Create weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Use Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other analytics tools to automate and visualize reports.
- Set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Manage ad group/ad set structuring, budget allocation, and audience targeting.
- Ensure proper pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking.
- Assist in A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies
Qualification
- Strong experience in planning & delivery for performance-based clients for B2C brands.
- Education: Graduate in any streams.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands on experience on Google platforms AdWords (Search, Display, YT) / DV 360, Social Media Platform such as Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor.
- Good to have experience with Amazon (AMS) & Flipkart advertising platform.
- Good to have experience on any programmatic / trading platform.
- Performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta, Tik-Tok is a plus)
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
- Reporting of key KPIs from ad platforms and analyzing the data to provide key account insights and KPIs
- In depth knowledge of campaign setups, ad set/ad group setup and ad launches
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills.
- Keeps attention to detail.
- Should be a good Team player.
- Good PowerPoint & excel knowledge.
