Location: Remote (India-based)
Type: Full-time | U.S. Time Zone Overlap Required

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for affiliate marketing? Join our team supporting a leading U.S.-based growth agency as an Affiliate Marketing Operations Associate. In this role, youll help scale partner onboarding and enhance operational efficiency across affiliate programs.

What Youll Do:
Research and shortlist affiliate partners across industries and geographies
Draft and send outreach emails, manage follow-ups, and log all interactions
Educate prospects on brand value propositions and offerings
Warm up partners and coordinate final onboarding with Account Managers
Maintain trackers for engagement, onboarding, and activation
Manage partner records, links, and creative asset distribution

What Were Looking For:
23 years in affiliate marketing, partner management, influencer marketing, or outreach coordination
Experience with at least one affiliate platform (CJ, Impact, Rakuten preferred)
Excellent written communication skills
Strong research skills and proficiency with Google Sheets, CRMs, and outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot)
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work full-time in U.S. time zones

Nice to Have:
Experience supporting U.S.-based agencies or performance marketing teams
Background in DTC, eCommerce, or subscription-based business models
Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or affiliate CRM systems
