Shift: Night Shift (Global Client Support)
About the Role
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of our dynamic marketing team, driving the end-to-end management of complex digital campaigns. This role requires hands-on expertise with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), deep knowledge of social media ad platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Trafficking: Efficiently traffic campaigns in CM360 with precision and adherence to timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks on CM360 campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
- Social Media Oversight: Oversee and QA campaign setups across Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok.
- Floodlight Tracking: Set up and QA Floodlight activities to guarantee accurate conversion tracking.
- Mapping & Reporting: Contribute to campaign mapping efforts and deliver insightful performance reports.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.
- Training & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members on campaign best practices and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in digital campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in Campaign Manager 360 and major social media platforms.
- Bachelors degree or higher (Digital Marketing or related field preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Willingness to work night shifts to support global clients.
