Executive MIS @ Stellapps

Job Description

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting:
Prepare and circulate daily milk intake, dispatch, production, rejection, and wastage reports.
Maintain and share daily power consumption, fuel (boiler/HSD), and utility reports.
Maintain inward and outward movement registers for material and finished goods.Data Management:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data entered into MIS.
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Production, Logistics, and Procurement teams to gather and validate data.
Regularly Edit dashboards with real-time plant metrics.
Operational MIS Support:
Track yield losses and compare with norms for alerts.
Prepare operational efficiency reports (e.g., Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Edit and maintain manpower deployment sheets and attendance.Cost and Consumption Analysis:
Monitor input/output cost elements including milk cost, utility cost, labor productivity, and packaging material usage.
Highlight variances against budget or targets.
Regulatory and Audit Data Support:
Provide required data sets and formats for internal/external audits.
Maintain traceability logs for batches and materials as per FSSC or other audit norms.
System Improvement:Recommend automation or improvements in data collection and reporting processes.
Coordinate with IT or ERP vendors for resolving system-related issues.
