Required Skill:
Project & Delivery Management:
Plan, track, and deliver mapping projects as per client requirements and defined SLAs
Develop and manage detailed workflow schedules and staffing plans across annotation, review, and QA layers
Ensure adherence to SOPs, QA processes, and tool usage guidelines
Own project metrics including accuracy, productivity, throughput, utilization, and turnaround times
Team Leadership:
Manage day-to-day performance of team leads, annotators, and reviewers
Conduct regular stand-ups, performance reviews, and feedback loops
Support training coordination for new workflows and skill upgrades
Identify and mentor high-potential team members for lateral mobility
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as primary point of contact for client delivery managers on assigned workflows
Coordinate periodic reviews, sample audits, and feedback incorporation
Escalate risks, deviations, or blockers proactively with mitigation plans
