Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive BFSI partnership acquisition and growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients, implementing employee benefit programs and co-marketing initiatives while achieving monthly partnership revenue targets of $1M+.

  1. Partner Management Support
  • Assist in managing strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies
  • Support the Senior Manager in high-value negotiations and deal closures
  • Maintain regular communication with 10-15 assigned BFSI partners
  1. Project Coordination
  • Coordinate implementation of co-branded products and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments and SLAs
  • Track and report partnership performance metrics weekly
  1. Execution of Partner-Related Marketing Activities
  • Support creation of marketing materials for bank channels (branch collaterals, emailers)
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
  1. Reporting & Process Improvement Suggestions
  • Prepare weekly partnership performance dashboards
  • Analyze partnership data to identify growth opportunities
  • Suggest process improvements based on partner feedback
  1. Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip
  2. Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo

Key Partnership Activities:

Co-Branded Credit Cards:

  • Support launch and promotion of travel credit cards
  • Coordinate with bank's card division for offer creation
  • Track card acquisition and usage metrics
  • Manage welcome benefit fulfillment

Employee Benefit Programs:

  • Onboard corporate clients for employee travel benefits
  • Set up corporate accounts and wallet systems
  • Train HR teams on platform usage
  • Monitor employee adoption rates

Bank Channel Integration:

  • Integrate Soctrip offers in bank apps/websites
  • Manage promotional campaigns through bank channels
  • Coordinate with bank's digital teams for API integration
  • Track conversion from bank referrals

Coupon & Cashback Programs:

  • Design attractive cashback offers with bank partners
  • Manage coupon distribution through bank channels
  • Track redemption rates and optimize offers
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of cashback claims

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business development/partnerships, preferably in BFSI or travel industry
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Understanding of banking products and services
  • Knowledge of corporate travel and expense management
  • Familiarity with credit card industry and loyalty programs
  • Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Basic understanding of API integrations
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management

Key Competencies:

  • Strong relationship building skills with mid-level banking executives
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex partnership propositions
  • Experience in B2B sales with 23-year sales cycles
  • Project management skills for multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Understanding of revenue sharing and commission models
  • Knowledge of employee benefit trends and corporate policies
  • Ability to create compelling partnership proposals and presentations

Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly partnership revenue target: $1M+
  • New partner acquisitions: 3-5 BFSI partners monthly
  • Partnership activation rate: 80%+ within 30 days
  • Employee coverage through corporate programs: 10,000+ monthly
  • Campaign ROI: 300%+ on co-marketing initiatives
  • Partner satisfaction score: 4.5+/5
  • Proposal-to-closure ratio: 30%+
