Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help guide strategic business decisions. This role plays a key part in identifying opportunities, understanding consumer behavior, and tracking industry trends.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business strategy, product development, and marketing initiatives.
• Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions using surveys, interviews, databases, and statistical software.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging markets.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights.
