Job Description
- Engage with customers via chat, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work efficiently in a rotating schedule, adapting to different shifts as required.
- Strong English typing and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in operating systems and familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- No prior experience is required; however, candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
