Currently we are looking for The Infrastructure Engineer 2.
The Infrastructure Engineer 2 is responsible for designing, building, and implementing systems and hybrid cloud solutions in support of our global IT Infrastructure. The position serves as a primary escalation point for advanced infrastructure and user-related issues, ensuring high availability and continuity of critical systems operations. Beyond troubleshooting, you ll drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize and modernize existing systems making a real impact on performance, reliability, and efficiency.
What you will be doing
Design, build, and implement basic technology platforms and hybrid cloud solutions
Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the companys supported systems and data; collaborate on and execute basic improvements to maintain and achieve high security posture
Design and implement solutions for backup and disaster recovery; participate in the testing and execution of disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues and outages; perform problem-solving, root-cause, and post-mortem analyses to drive process improvements
Document the design, operation, procedures, and troubleshooting of implemented solutions and technology platforms; compose training materials and conduct training sessions with stakeholders
Participate in audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines
Collaborate on best practices, standards, and processes for design and administration of systems and solutions
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland s Information Systems Security Policy.

What will make you successful
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a Systems Engineer/Architect
Experience working with hybrid cloud solutions
Experience working with virtualization technologies
Experience working with Windows and Linux server operating systems
Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
Good customer service orientation
Good interpersonal skills: able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
Good attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Experience working with Cisco UCS servers and NetApp storage
Experience with scripting and automation - PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible
Microsoft Windows or MacOS and Microsoft Office proficiency
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows network environments
Up to 5% travel time required
