Job Description
- As an IT Service Management Representative, you will oversee the delivery of IT production systems and services, supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and manage service risks. Your role involves providing operational support to keep production systems and devices online and available. Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems. Your responsibilities include managing delivery for IT production systems and services, supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Required professional and technical skills include proficiency in Reporting Analytics, a strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and hands-on experience in implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. You should also have a solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Reporting Analytics. This position is based at our Nagpur office, and a 15 years full-time education is required.,
