We are currently seeking applications for the position of Principal Consultant, SFDC - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. As a Salesforce developer, you will have end-to-end ownership of your product within a modern DevOps culture. Your responsibilities will include design, development, testing, and operations, delivering incrementally in iterative cycles. A strong Agile mindset and interest in software engineering across various technologies are essential for this role. In this position, you will join the global team as a Lead Salesforce Developer, taking on the responsibility of enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses in banking clients. This will involve implementing regional and global business requirements, increasing adoption through best practices, integrating with third-party and internal platforms, and creating a unified client ecosystem for the firm. Collaboration with different teams, hands-on involvement in designing and developing new features, and ensuring solutions align with the overall vision are core aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses in banking clients. - Implement regional and global business requirements, integrating with third-party and internal platforms. - Collaborate with different teams to design and develop new features. - Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components. - Follow best practices and standards for Salesforce development. Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology. - Relevant experience in Salesforce click and code development. - Mandatory certifications in sales, service, and admin. - Proficiency in Apex Classes and developing UI using LWC & Aura. - Hands-on experience with APEX classes, Triggers, and Lightning web components. - Experience with Salesforce flow capabilities and version control systems. - Salesforce Developer and related certifications. Preferred qualifications: - Knowledge of Triggers, Flows, Admin, Deployment, etc. - Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors and RESTful services. - Knowledge of databases including SQL and SOQL. - Understanding of DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies. - Strong communication skills.
