We are currently looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who will be responsible for providing Process Excellence & Transformation support to Genpact businesses in India that cater to global clients. The role involves mentoring and coaching operations on transformation initiatives, leading strategic projects, managing digital and analytics transformation projects, and driving business impact for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and mitigate operational risks, with a targeted focus on process management within control limits - Revitalize Lean Six Sigma (LSS) culture by embedding LSS skills in operations and driving client engagement - Collaborate with various teams to design and implement Value Generating (VG) roadmaps and Transformation Roadmaps, including digital and analytics components - Work closely with internal teams to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books, and customer priorities - Provide leadership in applying Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology - Identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements and digital solutions - Lead projects aimed at improving end-to-end processes - Establish and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact - Foster a culture of Process Excellence and Digital transformation within the team - Support Transition teams in volume analysis, metric baselining, and target setting for new processes - Drive standardization and global best practices within the organization - Engage with clients to understand key business priorities and identify opportunities - Conceptualize and complete Black Belt (BB) projects to drive business impact Qualifications Required: - University graduate with excellent Project Management experience - Lean & Green Belt Trained, Tested, Certified - Good knowledge of Automation, Robotics, and other digital technologies - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Critical thinking, accountability, and good leadership skills - Openness to new ideas and diverse cultures - Relevant experience in designing, implementing, and administering Digital transformation projects Job Details: - Position: Senior Manager - Location: India-Gurugram - Schedule: Full-time - Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent - Job Posting Date: Jul 1, 2025 - Unposting Date: Aug 1, 2025 Join us at Genpact and be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation and delivering value to our clients.,
