As the Head of Marketing, Manufacturing at Wipro in Bengaluru, India, your role will involve strategizing, implementing, and overseeing integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns to enhance the Wipro brand and drive measurable business outcomes. Collaborating closely with senior manufacturing business, account, and sales leaders, as well as a team of marketing experts, you will aim to enhance pipeline, sales, and revenue results through digital-first marketing initiatives tailored to buyers" needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving mindshare, deal origination, and client acquisition through targeted digital-first campaigns. - Enhancing client retention and growing share of wallet via account-based marketing efforts. - Elevating win rates and revenue growth through deal pursuit marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role is a collaborative and enthusiastic marketing leader with the ability to assess business opportunities and devise strategic marketing plans that drive business success. Previous experience in collaborating with senior business, account, and sales leaders is crucial, along with proficiency in integrating various marketing channels such as website, email, social media, and events. Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo or equivalent platforms, as well as effective communication skills, are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Sector Head and business teams to develop strategic marketing plans. - Execute demand generation and account-based marketing for existing and new accounts. - Develop marketing plans and contact databases for target accounts. - Analyze industry market trends, competition, and marketing strategies. - Generate, manage, and nurture leads aligned with business outcomes. - Analyze data, derive insights, and continuously improve results. - Partner with deal pursuit teams to strategize win strategies. - Work with specialists and agencies to organize engaging events. - Maintain project plans, track execution, report status, and manage budgets. Experience required for this role includes 6 to 8 years of experience in strategizing, developing, and executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns in enterprise organizations.
