Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle service needs, managing work orders, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery. Location: Pan India. Roles and responsibilities: Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates. Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians. Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars. Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts. Prepare invoices, explain charges, and process payments. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs.
