- Engage with stakeholders to understand the business pain points

- Identify scope of the work to cater to business needs

- Maintain the project pipeline and data documentations

- Identify gaps and opportunities in current offering through data exploration and competition study

- Create data stories and present to the business stakeholders

- Stakeholder Management: Cross Function Senior manager level,

- Scope: Own and drive key strategic projects, high complexity

- People Management: Manage Self, mentor BAs

- Change Management: Act as a Change agent

- Communication: Across teams; present effectively; able to address opposing views in positive manner

- Decision Making: Do an effective cost benefit analysis based on facts for taking decisions around mid - complex scenarios ;

- Influence: Fact based; short term need; able to start creating decision impact, ability to advocate adoption across stakeholders

- In Depth experience/ Subject matter expertise to maintain project pipeline

- Ability to identify key business challenges

- Ability to explore / benchmark data and successfully identify solutions for current gap areas

- Ability to handle the data anomalies and impact

- Ability to create spotlight stories

- Ability to experiment with new techniques/ lead Proof of concepts

- Skills: Python, Pandas, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Story Telling, Visualization
