Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for the company's advertising services.
  • Manage key accounts, build relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify potential business partnerships through networking events, industry conferences, and other means to expand the company's reach in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative directors) to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in an ad agency or media company.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of ad space selling principles and ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
