What We're Looking For

• 4-5years of experience in brand marketing, brand campaign execution, or related roles.
• Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Experience working across digital and on-ground brand activations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Brand Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Campaign Management: Work closely with creative, media, and external partners to roll out campaigns on time and with excellence.
• On-Ground Activations: Lead planning and execution for brand-led events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Digital Brand Presence: Collaborate with digital, content, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Project Coordination: Streamline workflows, manage timelines, and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on deliverables.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with agencies, production teams, and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Insights & Reporting: Track performance of brand initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
