Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth.
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions using our IT services offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical experts) to prepare customized proposals for prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in CRM software.

Job Requirements :

0-4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with busy executives.
Proficiency in generating leads through various channels (cold calling, email marketing).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
