Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and technically adept CRM Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for the Sales team, ensuring the efficient operation of our CRM platform. Your responsibilities will include resolving user issues, maintaining data integrity and supporting ongoing enhancements to streamline sales processes and drive team productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales workflows, exceptional troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support requests from the Sales team.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM team, Sales Operations, IT, etc.) to support CRM enhancements and process improvements.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining CRM workflows, user roles, reports and dashboards tailored to sales needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including support procedures, user guides and training materials.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to new and existing Sales team members on CRM best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM support role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot or Zoho.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM data models and lead/account management processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for supporting users and improving systems.
