Salary: 4.25 LPA - 6 LPA (70% Fixed & 30% Variable)

Working days: 5.5 days

What Youll Do:

• Connect with registered users via calls and guide them through our premium services.
• Conduct online demos to showcase membership benefits.
• Counsel users and their families to drive conversions.
• Meet sales targets and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Focus on high-value clients for premium plan upgrades.

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong persuasion and client-handling abilities.
• Comfortable with rotational offs.
• Prior sales or voice process experience is a plus.
