Job Title: AEM Content Author + QA
Experience: 4-10 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Content Author + QA with at least 4 years of experience in authoring, managing, and testing content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably in a headless CMS setup. The ideal candidate will have experience working with dynamic data-driven websites, particularly in e-commerce environments, and will bring a strong understanding of QA processes to ensure high-quality, error-free content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Authoring (AEM):
- Create, update, and manage web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in both traditional and headless setups.
- Work with structured and dynamic content components to populate product and promotional page.
- Collaborate with UX/design, marketing, and development teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage digital assets, metadata, and taxonomy to support optimized content performance.
- Support localization and personalization efforts across multi-language sites.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing of authored pages and dynamic components.
- Validate data rendering from APIs or dynamic sources on headless/front-end systems.
- Ensure content accuracy, responsive design compatibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues through tools like JIRA
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to guarantee optimal user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AEM content authoring (Sites & Assets).
- Strong understanding of headless CMS architecture and dynamic content workflows.
- Proven QA experience in testing content-rich or e-commerce websites.
- Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL for headless CMS data rendering.
- Experience in content staging, publishing workflows, and version control in AEM.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive design principle.
- Experience with QA tools (e.g., BrowserStack, JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
- Ability to work cross-functionally in agile development environments.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
