Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, possess strong sourcing and communication skills, and have a proven track record in recruitment across various corporate sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Expertise: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the organization, including IT, corporate, leadership, and BPO sectors.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques (job boards, social media, networks, etc.) to attract top-tier talent.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to keep the organization competitive.
- Flexibility & Onsite Presence: Must be flexible to work onsite and be present as needed to meet business demands and collaborate effectively with teams.
- BPO Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a BPO, demonstrating an ability to handle large-scale and high-volume hiring processes.
- Corporate/IT/Leadership Hiring Experience: Proven experience in hiring for corporate, IT, and leadership roles, understanding the unique requirements for each segment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on BPO, corporate, IT, and leadership hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
