Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with IT development and/or operations domains with 3 years of cloud development / operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts and technologies to diverse audiences.
• Operational experience with solutions built on cloud-based data platforms and managed services
• Have a working knowledge of various integration tools like SAP CPI/ SAP SLT/PO, Mulesoft, Informatica that interact with either cloud-based architecture or On Prem DataBases
• Working knowledge of data governance concepts, tools and processes supporting a complex organizational environment
• Handson SAP ABAP coding experience to enhance MDG workflows and BADIs
• Document root cause analysis and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to standardize and stabilize daily operations.
• Practical experience with Agile practices
• Experience collaborating with technical product teams including offshore resources and working in matrixed environments.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and observability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with SAP MDG system, knowledge of various SAP functional areas and how the various SAP process are integrated like PTP, OTC, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance etc
• Experience with Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures (SOA, EDA), Handson ABAP development skills
• 2+ years of Lean / Agile project delivery experience
• Understanding of non SAP MDM solutions like Informatica

Working Hours:

• Aligned to Bridgestone (West) Nashville Head Office business hours overlap at least until 12PM Central Time Zone
