Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design user-centric and visually compelling digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their needs, and behaviors.
Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and task flows. Design & Prototyping:
Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar to create polished designs. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and
implement innovative solutions.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.
Provide developers with assets, specifications, and support during the implementation phase. Testing & Iteration:
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement.
Iterate designs based on feedback and data from analytics tools or user testing. Design System & Standards:
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI style guides.
Advocate for best practices in user interface and user experience design.
Requirements: Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of projects.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus).
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail. Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
