  • Manage a team of customer support representatives to achieve exceptional service levels.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Analyze KPIs such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat, Dsat, FCR, and CES to drive business growth and optimize operations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
