Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

  • CFA Management
  • Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock data, and develop strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize stock out.

Ensure the right quantity of products are available at the right time and in the right place.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels to minimize costs and ensure product availability.

  • Logistics:

Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure efficient flow of goods.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare reports on supply chain performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, production, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

  • Supply Chain Optimization:

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize the e-commerce supply chain, including inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.

  • Order Management:

Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery.

  • E-commerce Performance:

Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost performance.

  • Marketplace Management:

Manage and optimize product listings and promotional campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving e-commerce strategies.

  • Customer Experience:

Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through efficient order processing, timely delivery, and effective communication.

  • Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's e-commerce operations remain competitive.

  • Communication:

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to address issues and ensure a smooth flow of information.

  • Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

  • Problem Solving:

Address any shipment issues or discrepancies promptly.

  • Process Improvement:

Assist with developing and implementing logistics policies and procedures to improve overall operational efficiency.

  • Customer Service:

Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • E-Com Sales facilitation for high growth
  • Data analytics and Reporting for Various MIS Reports
  • Sales, Return and Credit Note management
  • Appointments of Transporters
  • Transportation management including Inter depo transfers
  • CFA Audit & Regulatory Compliance
  • Updating Bank payments received from Distributors against invoices
  • Parties ledger reconciliation
  • C&F commission and GST Compliance
  • Sales forecast through field
  • Production Planning
  • Indent planning and co-ordination
  • Outstanding management
  • Manage institutional orders
  • E-Com inventory management
  • E-Com order processing
  • E-Com Channels handling
  • Checking of transportation & freight bills

Key performance will include managing

  • Logistics Cost including carrying costs
  • CFA remuneration / Transport Bill
  • Transit Lead time
  • Credit Note Turnaround
  • Inventory accuracy
  • OTIF inventory management
  • E-Commerce Operations Management
  • CFA Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Very High Capabilities in MS office (Advance skills in Excel and power-point mandatory)

Good oral and writing communication in English

Firsthand working knowledge in SAP or ERP
