Job Description

Location: Chennai
The Skills that are Key to this role:
  • Active Directory, Access Management Knowledge, Basic Unix Knowledge and ITIL Concepts.
  • Candidate must be able to multitask and work with staff located domestically and offshore (India/Ireland/USA).
  • Candidate will provide a variety of basic Information Security administration services working with a web-based request management/incident management tool.
  • Candidate will provide services for customers in the areas of: Access administration, creation and maintenance of group mailboxes and distribution lists, Windows Server access, Network shared folder access, AD group creation/modification/Deletion and so on.
  • Candidate should be able to work on Unix based requests for Provisioning.
  • Additional tasks could include executing and producing customer and information security reports to share with the team.
  • Candidate will be required to be flexible and work well under pressure. This individual will be asked to rotate around the group and fit in to assist where the work volumes increase.
  • Candidate should be able to identify automation opportunities.
  • Candidate should be able to troubleshoot access related issues.
  • Candidate should be able to Learn and able to add value to the team and bring innovative ideas.

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a knowledge of NT and Active Directory background.
  • Manage own time and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical people.
  • Communicate with peers and management.
The Expertise We re Looking For:
  • College degree in computer systems related discipline, or similar work experience preferred.
  • Prior Identity Access Management experience would be ideal.
  • Prior knowledge on Active Directory, ServiceNow, Putty
  • 0-2 Years of experience in Access Management.
  • Database, Power shell querying, ITIL and reporting experience would be a PLUS.
