Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical stock audits at depots, warehouses, project sites, and terminals.
- Perform inventory audits ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Validate stock movements, reconciliations, shrinkages, and physical vs. system stock variances.
- Assess and verify the adequacy of internal controls in the inventory management system (ERP/SAP).
- Report any non-compliances or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Review procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies or fraud risks.
- Participate in risk assessments and help define audit scopes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk analysis, and follow-up action points.
- Ensure audits are completed as per schedule and deadlines.
Work closely with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to implement audit recommendations
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (CA Inter, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 0 to 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, specifically in stock/inventory audits.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, logistics, or other asset-intensive industries is a must.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory modules.
SALARY : (DOLLORS $ Depending on Current Salary )

- Laptop, Mobile Handset, Sim, and monthly free top-ups (as per grade) and other Facilities.
Working Terms:
- Time off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 30 Days paid off & subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and from International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company.
- Workdays & Hours Six and half days work, (Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 6:30PM / Saturday 9:00AM to 6:30PM / Sunday 9:00AM to 2:30PM)
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle ( Ex: If you joined in April, you will get first month salary on June then after that every month you will get regularly)
