Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree from accredited university (Full Time) in Business Analytics or a related subject area
• 8+ years of total experience with 6+ years of relevant experience working with business stakeholders and designing analytical solutions.
• Extensive experience in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (Expert) and other visualization tools (Basic) Domo, Looker, Business Objects, Advance Excel, SQL, etc.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requests into technical requirements and articulating the pros and cons of different technologies, platforms, design and architectural options.
• Proficient in data and analytics tools and concepts, including dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing and both structured and unstructured data.
• Basic understanding of data extraction using Google Big Query, Oracle, SQL Server, SAP BW or SAP HANA
• Proficient at influencing without authority, skilled at advising and negotiating with business leaders to develop high value solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Thought-driven leadership to successfully deliver scalable team management and business solutions.
• Knowledge of at least one other programming language such as Python is a plus.
• Takes the initiative to do the right thing - doesn't walk past a problem.
• Consultant mindset - able to challenge with courage and influence upwards and with peers.
• Agile learner - has passion and curiosity to learn new things and understand the "why"
• Tableau desktop certification - preferred
