Process: International Voice Support

Responsibilities: Dealing with customer day to day banking issues,

Salary : Fresher - 25k and Exp 6 LPA

Experience: Fresher or Experience in International voice is mandatory

Qualification: Only Graduates/ no BE and Btech.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Banking Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with banking queries and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Any Graduate / Post Graduates / Undergraduates freshers or with minimum of 6 months of
experience in International voice process mandatory.

*Only Customer Service Experience.

* International Voice or technical Back ground preferred
