About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to join our development team in Chennai. This is an entry-level position a great opportunity for fresh graduates who have completed training in software testing and want to kickstart their career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of our software applications and projects.
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Clearly document defects and communicate them to the development team.
• Work closely with developers to verify fixes and ensure high-quality releases.
• Approve builds for production deployment after successful testing.
• Contribute to writing unit tests and automation scripts (a plus).
• Continuously learn and grow your skills in software testing best practices and tools.
  

Requirements:

• Any Bachelors degree (B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech, etc.) no specific stream required.
• Completion of training in software testing such as Manual Testing, Automation Testing, or related QA courses.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of writing unit tests or automation tests is an advantage.
