About the RoleWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Application Development Team. You will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Youll work closely with On-site team members, product managers, business analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks, especially Angular (v19)
- Involve in writing robust and efficient business logic using Java, ensuring alignment with application requirements and business processes
- Oversee code quality through regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and overall software security.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize front-end performance and scalability.
- Maintain clear documentation of features, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
- Analyse and translate use case requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and fix defects and performance bottlenecks across the application stack.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, support QA testing, and ensure the quality and reliability of all deliverables.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to gather requirements and define scope.
- Maintain and improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- We are looking for developers with experience in our current tech stack listed below but most importantly we are looking for passionate developers who love learning, love solving problems and love being in an environment that supports this.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and its frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience with Oracle and MS SQL.
- Knowledge / Exposure Junit
- Knowledge / Exposure to SAP Crystal Reports
- Knowledge / Exposure to GWT and GXT
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Familiarity with Tomcat, Ant
- Exposure to Git version control.
- Interest in cloud platforms
- Exposure to Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks.
