Electrical and Maintenance Engineer @ JBM Group

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Electrical Maintenance of Press Shop Equipment Ensure uptime and preventive maintenance of presses and associated electrical systems.
2. Robotic Weld Shop Maintenance Handle electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of MIG and Spot welding robots.
3. Manual Welding Equipment Support Maintain and troubleshoot SSW, Projection, CO, and Seam welding machines.
4. Utility Systems Management Oversee electrical aspects of compressors, DG sets, and cooling towers.
5. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop and execute schedules to minimize downtime.
6. Documentation & Compliance Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and ensure safety compliance.
7. Coordination with Production & Quality Teams Ensure timely resolution of electrical issues affecting production.
8. Spare Management & Vendor Coordination Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate with service providers.
