- Drive solution architecture, requirements workshops, and client demos for EC Payroll & Time Tracking.
- Support pre sales pursuits: scoping, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
- Lead delivery of high quality implementations, ensuring seamless integration across the SuccessFactors suite and third party systems (e.g., biometric devices).
- Provide thought leadership on regional compliance (US, Saudi, UAE) and the latest SuccessFactors releases.
- Contribute to multiple EC related bids and projects on an as needed basis.
Requirement Details Implementations Minimum 3 full cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll & Time Tracking projects Regional Expertise US wages & payroll Saudi & UAE payroll regulations Time Management Positive & Negative Time, Project Time Tracking Integrations Inbound/Outbound with SF modules & external systems; biometric device interfaces Reporting & Analytics Advanced reporting within EC Payroll & Time Tracking Demo Environment Personal SF Time & EC Payroll demo tenant for prototypes/demos Recent Releases Up to date on the latest SuccessFactors version and quarterly innovations Consulting Skills Mastery in solution design, requirements gathering, pre sales, and presentations Compliance Engagement governed by strict NDA & confidentiality
- Pre sales efforts reimbursed.
- Delivery work awarded after project wins expect a mix of US, UK, and Middle East customers.
- Ongoing support for all Employee Central related pursuits as needed.
- Updated resume.
- Brief summary of EC Payroll & Time Tracking projects (highlight regions & sectors).
- Confirmation of demo environment access.
- Notable integration or reporting achievements.
