Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Automation & AI @ Capgemini

Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AWS cloud services, UIPath, and Python. The candidate will lead technical initiatives in cloud automation and AI solutions. Knowledge of Google Generative AI development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Architect and implement automation workflows using UIPath.
• Develop advanced solutions in Python for data processing, automation, and integration tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in cloud and automation technologies.
• Drive innovation by exploring and integrating emerging AI technologies such as Google Generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of developed solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in cloud and automation.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Extensive experience in automation using UIPath.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Google Generative AI development.
