Job Description -

(I) Intercompany reconciliations and clearing of open items.

(II) Related party reporting as per applicable IND AS/CompaniesACT/Income Tax Act. Half-yearly reporting of Related party transactions as per SEBI requirement.

(III) Coordination with various Business units and group companies, for identifying unaccounted transactions and resolving the same in coordination with Corporate Accounting and Corporate Taxation

(IV) Providing details to auditors and corporate for group company transactionsand balances.

Looking for the candidates who can join immediately/serving Notice period/15 days/1 month and who are in Mumbai only.
