Job Description

• Key Deliverables -
• Website Enhancements & Updates
• Assist with planning and executing website feature updates and improvements.
• Collaborate on content alignment with brand and marketing strategies.
• Backlog & User Stories
• Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories for website features and IT operations.
• Support sprint planning and delivery cycles with the Product Manager.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with development, marketing, design, and IT teams to deliver website and IT projects.
• Coordinate with the IT team for website uptime, security, and performance.
• Data Analytics & Insights
• Track and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions).
• Assist in A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data.
• IT Operations Support
• Monitor website IT infrastructure (e.g., hosting, security updates, server performance).
• Address minor IT issues related to the websites performance.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
• Ensure website features are tested, meet functional requirements, and are free of bugs.
• Participate in UAT and bug resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain clear documentation for product specifications, progress, and releases.
• Report project status and metrics to stakeholders.
