As part of our expansion into tier-2 cities, were building a production support center of excellence in Pondicherry to support mission-critical financial applications.

Role Overview

We are hiring three L1/L2 Production Support Engineers to manage operations for core banking environments, with a focus on Citrix, Fiserv DNA, batch processing, and observability. These roles require strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across technical and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Citrix environments are configured and functioning correctly for end-user access.
• Provide L1/L2 support for Fiserv DNA, particularly around printing issues and daily operations.
• Monitor and manage batch load jobs, resolve failures, and escalate recurring issues.
• Triage basic helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Use tools like PagerDuty, Dynatrace, or equivalent to monitor systems, respond to alerts, and maintain uptime.
• Document recurring issues, assist in root cause analysis, and support compliance reporting.
