Job Description

Job Role: Sales Associate - B2B

Location: Mumbai


Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Modula. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, architects, interior designers, builders, and institutional clients. This role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the high-growth modular solutions space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and onboard new channel partners and B2B clients (architects, interior designers, developers, etc.).
  • Promote and sell modular kitchen solutions to institutional clients and professionals in the building and design ecosystem.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to explain product features and specifications.
  • Understand project requirements and work with the design and operations team to deliver custom modular kitchen solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Track and report sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, order follow-ups, and coordination for on-time delivery and installation.
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for smooth execution of client projects.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions for lead generation and brand presence.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the modular furniture or building materials industry.
  • Experience in Modular industry is MANDATORY.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of modular kitchen components, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to handle technical discussions and convert inquiries into business.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and target-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

  • Exposure to modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior product categories.
  • Network of contacts within the architecture and interior design community.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
