Job Title: Senior SAP MM Consultant

Location: Pune
Experience Required: 7 to 15 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and a strong understanding of the integration with other SAP modules like SD, PP, and WM. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP MM module implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend and implement SAP solutions.
  
• Configure SAP MM module components including Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Pricing, Release Strategy, and Material Valuation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, WM, PP, and FI to ensure seamless integration.
  
• Handle change requests and conduct system testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
  
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  
• Engage in problem resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7 to 15 years of SAP MM hands-on implementation and support experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and inventory management processes.
  
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  
• Good understanding of integration points with SAP SD, PP, FI, and WM.
  
• Expertise in SAP ECC; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP MM Certification is an advantage.
  
• Experience in S/4HANA migration projects.
  
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and lead junior consultants.
