Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Application Support Engineer. In this role, you'll be the first line of support for our business-critical applications, ensuring smooth functionality, resolving technical issues, and helping users with prompt and professional assistance.

Communication: Strong communication skills required (CBSE background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the performance of enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with the development and QA teams to escalate bugs or system issues
• Analyze recurring issues and help implement long-term fixes
• Prepare and maintain documentation on troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and user guides
• Provide regular updates and status reports on open issues
