Job Responsibilities: 1) Related to Accounts & Other activities: -
Updating and mailing banks position every day.
Banks reconciliation with Statements on daily basis.
Vendors payment online and by cheque after checking PO/SO, Invoices, GRN, taking approvals and entries.
Ledger, accounts scrutiny and reconciliation of vendors accounts.
Handling and maintaining of Petty Cash.
Maintenance of proper records of Donations received and donations given.
Issuance to donation receipts.
payment of Rent as per due dates.
Checking of Salaries calculation, staff loans & advances deductions, F&F's and payments
2) Related to Statutory Compliances: -
Monthly payments of TDS and quarterly returns filing before due dates.
Monthly payments of GST and returns filing before due dates.
Monthly payments of EPF and PT.
Handling GST and Tax audits. Providing requisite data to auditors.
All other compliances applicable to Charitable Trust, like compliance with Charity Commissioner, FCRA, etc,.)
3)Related to Management Information System: -
Preparation of monthly MIS in excels and PPT.
Preparation of monthly Fund requirement Statement
Assisted in preparing budgets.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate shoould have 4 - 8 Years' experience in NGO/ Pharma company.
Should be strong in Accounts, Taxation and MIS.
