    WE ARE HIRING |CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE | INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS|  WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY| FRENCH MNC COMPANY|

     

    Need a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. We are looking for Customer Care Executives to join our team for an International Voice Process at a globally renowned French-based Multinational Company (MNC).

     

    Role: Customer Care Executive

    Process: International Voice (Inbound)

    Location: MOHALI, PUNJAB

    Salary: Between 25k-35k Per month CTC

    • Fresher candidates can also apply, but Experienced will be given first priority

    Shift: 6 Days/ week |  9 Hours Night shifts (as per international time zones)

    Employment Type: Full-Time

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound international customer calls professionally and efficiently
    • Resolve customer queries and provide real-time assistance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
    • Update and manage customer records accurately in our CRM system during live interactions
    • Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with company policies

     

    What We are Looking For:

    • Strong command of English: speaking, listening, reading, and typing
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
    • Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with high accuracy
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally
    • Prior experience in a BPO/International Voice Process is a plus

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
    • Freshers and at least 1 year experienced candidates in BPO are welcome
    • Age: Must be 32 years or below
    • Willingness to work in rotational NIGHT shifts, 6 Days a week
