Zoho CRM Administrator @ D2C Insurance Broking

Job Description

As a Zoho CRM Administrator at Global Nurse Force, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our CRM implementation. Your role will involve configuring and customizing Zoho CRM based on internal requirements, administering and maintaining CRM modules, fields, workflows, and dashboards, as well as creating automation workflows and custom functions using Deluge scripting. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that the CRM meets organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize Zoho CRM based on internal requirements. - Administer and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and dashboards. - Create automation workflows, custom functions, and blueprints using Deluge scripting. - Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho and third-party applications. - Generate meaningful reports and dashboards for business performance tracking. - Maintain data accuracy and perform regular data clean-ups. - Provide training and support to Zoho CRM users. - Resolve issues, bugs, and queries in a timely manner. - Document system processes and maintain up-to-date configurations. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience with the Zoho One suite (CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Analytics, etc.), be a problem-solver with great attention to detail, possess familiarity with sales/marketing processes and CRM best practices, exhibit excellent communication skills, and have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM. Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools is preferred.
