Job Description

The Pre-Sales & Solutioning Lead (RPA / AI / Automation) position at Wipro Limited involves engaging with sales, delivery, and client teams to understand business needs and collaboratively develop transformation-led solutions across RPA, AI, Low-code platforms, and BPM tools. The role requires driving solutioning for back-office and front-office operations within BFS/BPO verticals. Based in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore, the key responsibilities include leading pre-sales engagements, designing high-level solution architectures, conducting workshops and proof-of-concepts, and collaborating with domain SMEs and technical architects to create solution blueprints. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or transformation consulting, with a minimum of 4 years in the BFS or BPO domain. Proficiency in automation technologies such as RPA (UiPath, AA), AI, and low-code platforms (Power Platform, etc.) is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to lead or support large deal pursuits, articulate solution value to CXOs, and possess exposure to digital operations in the banking domain. Strong communication, stakeholder management, storytelling, and documentation skills are required. Certification in Power Platform, UiPath, or any AI platform is a plus.
